  • AI PORTRA provides mobile AI creation features, including text-to-video, image-to-video, photo restoration, creative templates, and related tools.
  • Features may change, be updated, be limited, or be discontinued from time to time.

3. User content and rights

  • You retain the rights you have in the photos, prompts, videos, and other content you submit or create.
  • You grant us the rights needed to process, generate, display, store, transmit, and otherwise operate the service for you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or generate.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use AI PORTRA to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, harass people, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the service.
  • You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, or misuse any part of the app or its systems.
  • We may restrict or suspend access if we believe the service is being misused.

5. AI-generated outputs

  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on them.
  • Do not use outputs in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, platform policies, or these terms.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

  • Paid features, credits, subscriptions, or in-app purchases may be offered through app store providers.
  • Billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by the applicable app store under its own terms and policies.
  • Access to paid features may depend on successful payment confirmation and account status.

7. Intellectual property

  • AI PORTRA, including its branding, app design, software, templates, and service materials, is owned by Hong Kong Rest Technology Co., Limited or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our service materials except as permitted by these terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

  • AI PORTRA is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hong Kong Rest Technology Co., Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI PORTRA.

10. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
  • Your continued use of AI PORTRA after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
